Banyan Software Announces the Acquisition of Tecksoft

Founded in 2004 by Mathieu Néron and Jean-François Durocher, Tecksoft has established itself as a leader in offering a comprehensive eyecare platform that services the unique needs of ophthalmologists, optometrists, and opticians. The company’s flagship product, EyeVu, is an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Practice Management Software (PMS) that is specifically designed for eyecare professionals.
